However, due to some postal problems, we can’t deliver a shipment to the military area and some small countries.
The shipping cost is $7.99 for the first item, plus $3.5 for each subsequent 0.5 kg of weight.

After You Place Your Order
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order every time! Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. You can track your order at this link: https://www.17track.net/en
If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available, that just means the carrier has not processed your parcel yet. When the parcel is scanned into the system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.
If it is after your estimated arrival date, please contact us, and we can take care of this case.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

TRACKING SAYS MY ORDER STATUS IS – UNDELIVERED.
The item was attempted for delivery but failed, this may due to several reasons. Please contact the local post office to make it delivered.
The shipping company General explanation: Possible reasons for unsuccessful item delivery attempt: addressee not available at the time of delivery; delivery delayed and rescheduled, addressee requested later delivery, address problem – unable to locate premises, rural or remote areas, etc.
**Tracking says my order status is – alert.**
The item might undergo unusual shipping condition, this may due to several reasons, most likely item was returned to sender, customs issue, lost, damaged etc.
General explanation: Your package is being returned to sender due to any of these reasons: item refused by addressee; incorrect / illegible / incomplete address; expired retention period; addressee absence; etc.
Your package might be retained by customs department due to any of these reasons: contains prohibited goods; importation of the goods is restricted; retained by customs due to tax payable, or any other unspecified reasons.
Your package may have suffered damage or been lost during the transportation period. If you ensure your package has been delivered successfully, please ignore this notice.
However, if you haven’t received your package and it is under the ‘Alert’ status, then please pay attention: you need to read and analyze the detailed tracking information carefully.

MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING.
Tracking code typically takes 5-7 several business days to update into the online system. Sometimes it will be 10-15 days when logistics has too huge backlogs. So please wait a few days more and then check again. If not, please contact us.
Modify, Return, Refund Of Changing An Order
Because our orders are custom produced and automatic printing system, we offer address changes for a short period of time after your order is placed. To see if your order is still eligible to be changed, visit contact page and send us a message.

WHAT IS THE SECURITY CODE?
